RFT: A review of the structure and impact of the Discovery Programme

A Review of the structure and impact of the Discovery Programme: Centre for Archaeology and Innovation Ireland
The Discovery Programme and the Heritage Council invite competent parties to make a submission to undertake an independent review of the Discovery Programme with the objective of facilitating alignment with its core remit to deliver projects that fulfil the mandate of both the Discovery Programme and the Heritage Council.

The successful contractor will be engaged by the Heritage Council. The conduct of this review will be overseen by a group composed of representatives drawn from the Board of the Discovery Programme and the Heritage Council.

The Discovery Programme is in the process of appointing a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). It is envisaged that the review will inform and set the parameters of a Strategic Plan for the Discovery Programme to be developed by the incoming CEO following the broad strategic direction set by the Board and in alignment with the Service Level Agreement with the Heritage Council.
