Dr Tiziana Soverino
Project Support Officer – Frameworks for Archaeological Research
Tiziana Soverino holds an interdisciplinary PhD in Irish Folklore and Early Irish, an MLitt in Irish Folklore, and a first-class honour BA in Celtic Studies, all from University College Dublin.
Her research interests include folk medicine, festivals, place-lore, social justice, and open education. Her publications include an article on place names about Fi(o)nn Mac Cum(h)aill in Landscape and Myth in North-Western Europe (2019) and an article on wart cures in Folklore (2020).
Tiziana has worked as a lecturer and tutor in third-level education and in further education for 15 years. She is enthusiastic about community building, good coffee, and farmers markets.
